I. General Rules
Always be respectful to other players and staff. Any disrespect, racism or bias towards gender,race,religion,sexual preference, etc is punishable as the staff see fit.
Any usage of hacking clients, the abuse of glitches or exploits, or the usage of weapons equipment or money acquired outside of legitimate roleplay are strictly prohibited.
Do not spam any chats with text or voip.
No Random Death Matching. (RDM) This is basically defined as intentionally killing someone who is not a direct threat to you or killing them outside of a valid roleplay scenario.
New Life Rule - As a civilian, you get a new life everytime you die (unless you suicide). This means that you have no knowledge of your past life and cannot use any information that you gained prior to your death. You also cannot return to the location of your death with the intent of gathering your former belongings or seeking revenge. You are not to involve yourself with the situations happening at the location of your death for 10 minutes or the duration of the event!
All players must be respectful and polite to staff. Our staff are volunteers and don't get paid to deal with attitudes. Once a staff member makes a decision, it is final. Do not seek help from another staff member once your situation has been resolved because you did not get your way. Refusal to join teamspeak after a staff member has requested that you do so will result in a one day ban. Even if your faction does not require teamspeak. If staff asks you to join teamspeak, please do so.
All players are required to be on Teamspeak for the entire duration of their gameplay.
No respawning or relogging to escape punishment, capture, or kidnapping. This is considered combat logging and will result in a ban.
No metagaming. This means you may not use external applications to gain information to your benefit such as skype, ventrilo, and teamspeak.
It is against the rules to get into a teammate's vehicle without permission.
If you use checkpoint items to block roads, entrances, exits, or important zones (aside from building legitimate checkpoints), staff reserve the right to remove it.
No one is permitted to kill or rob others in designated Safe Zones, such as pmc base, and civ spawn, or to camp outside. These zones are clearly marked on the map and may not be included in the list above. This includes the zones surrounding faction bases such as opfor and blufor base
You may only run someone over using a vehicle if they are firing at your vehicle and putting your life in danger. Violating this is known as VDM (Vehicle Deathmatching).
Any type of trolling or general misbehavior is punishable by staff.
You are not allowed to transfer money,weapons, vehicles, or equipment from your account on one faction to another.
If something does not happen in real life, then it should not happen in our server unless with prior approval from an admin or within proper reason. Violation of this rule is referred to as Fail RP.
If you do not have the keys to a vehicle, you may not ever take anything from the gear or the trunk.
No faction may ever use each other's service points for any reason.
As a civilian you are kos if you are in any type of armed vehicle, or you are in a blufor vehicle, insurgent vehicle, or opfor vehicle.
The circles and squares outlining the faction bases are meant to be an extension of the safezone. Members of the opposing faction may not fire into the circle or square unless the members of the faction fire out. These zones apply only to opfor, blufor, and insurgents.
You may not kill a visibly unarmed member of another faction. ex. If you are an independent and see a blufor that is visibly unarmed, you may not kill them and vice versa. If they are in a vehicle they are classed as Armed, unless it is the ATV or any bike. If at any point they brandish a firearm or fire a round they may be shot.
You cannot flee into a safezone within 5 minutes of committing ANY crime or braking line of sight with the pursuer(s).
II. General Laws
Speed limits are 90km/h outside towns and 50km/h in towns.
Blocking the flow of traffic is ticketable.
Failing to yeild at ALL intersections is ticketable.
It is illegal to perform a U turn on any orange highway.
It is illegal to brandish a firearm inside of a town. A town is defined as a stretch of road 50 meters or more in length with buildings on both sides of the road.
It is illegal to be in possession of a firearm without the proper license.
It is illegal to possess any firearm capable of firing an explosive projectile.
It is illegal to possess any explosives.
It is illegal to fly below 150m altitude over a town.
It is illegal to land or take off on any public roadway.
It is illegal to take off from checkpoints without police clearance.
It is illegal to fly in a manner that puts others lives in danger.
It is illegal to hover/fly above and around within 150m of the jail, police HQ, government complex, and bank. Violators will be shot down after provided a warning and ample time to comply.
III. War and Martial Law
The only faction that may formally declare ware is the TLA (opfor). They must have a moderator or above consent prior to doing so and with a valid roleplay reason.
Civilians and Insurgents may not participate in war, but are allowed to take advantage of the chaos to further agendas.
During war Opfor and Blufor must minimize civilian casualties as much as possible.
In order to win a war the opposing faction must keep a majority of the other faction within 1500m of their main base for 10 minutes.
Aircrafts on the corresponding factions airfield may not be engaged unless they are airborn. IE: You may not shoot an air vehicle until it is airborn.
If a member of OpFor or BluFor shoot out of their safezone circle, members of the opposing faction are then allowed to fire into the circle to kill.
War is not allowed for the first hour of the server uptime.
War may not be declared over territory, any declaration of war must have a valid roleplay reason and admin consent.
Entering the other factions border without permission can be seen as an act of war.
If there has been a war for at least 2 hours and there is no clear victor then neither side wins.
The losing faction of a war is not required to give land or any type of special reward to the winning faction unless it's declared during peace talks and approved by an admin.
A moderator may end war at their discretion.
Martial Law Rules
Martial law may only be declared by an admin or high ranking police officer.
The purpose of martial law is to allow blufor to use heavy vehicles against heavily armed insurgents, civilians, or terrorists that can not be dealt with normally.
Martial law applies to the entire north.
War vehicles are not allowed to be used on criminal civilians except when a civilian poses a threat to Blufor lives. E.g. when a civilian kills a blufor.
After a threat has been dealt with, Martial law must be ended and war vehicles must be sold, stored in garage, or kept inside base or HQ. They are not allowed to be used in patrols.
During martial law any civilian found outside of a building inside the limits of any city is subject to being searched without cause.
Martial Law is to be declared only in the event of enemy factions using Armour/Armed Vehicles.
It is at the moderators descretion to declare/end martial law.
IV. War Vehicles
Any anti air vehicle may be used against air vehicles and other armed vehicles. They may not be used against infantry.
A war vehicle is defined as anything in the war vehicles list or has a cannon or is especially armed and armored.
War vehicles payloads such as hydras must not be used against infantry, and must not be spammed into heavy populations of players. These payloads are meant to be used against armed/armored targets. Other war vehicle payloads such as the mavericks, phalesngas, or any other type of rocket or laser guided munition/dumbfire munion falls under the same category. This excluding bombs such as gbus and fab 250s.

V. Faction Rules
TSF Rules (BluFor)
You must be on teamspeak at all times and are required to use a microphone while playing as part of the Takistan Security Forces.
Police officers should follow the orders of any police supervisor. Failing to do so is failrp unless the police supervisor is commanding you to do something in direct violations of rules or laws.
NATO Rules (BluFor)
You must be on teamspeak at all times and are required to use a microphone while playing as part of NATO forces.
TLA Rules (OpFor)
You must be on teamspeak at all times and are required to use a microphone while playing as part of the Takistan Liberation Army.
